A wellestablished fullservice law firm is seeking an attorney to join itsHealthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice in San Bernardino CA.
About the Role:
The firm is looking for an attorney with 27 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Experience in medical malpractice defense litigation is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
About the Practice:
This practice represents a wide range of healthcare professionals including hospitals physicians nurses mental health professionals pharmacists and longterm care providers. The team defends clients in medical malpractice litigation across specialties such as obstetrics emergency medicine surgery cardiology neurology orthopedics and more. With one of the largest healthcare litigation teams in the country this practice offers significant opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings
- Draft and argue motions in court
- Conduct witness interviews
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage case preparation for trial
Who Should Apply
Attorneys with healthcare law experience are preferred but candidates with strong litigation skills in other practice areas are encouraged to apply.
