Job Description
We are seeking an organized detailed motivated and team oriented person for our office. This is a full time day position working from 8AM to 5PM MondayFriday. This position requires a positive friendly and personable candidate. DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic and routine administrativefunctions
- Receive payments forall service and parts customers
- Allocate prior days business
- Back up receptionist with answer incoming calls
- Process and close out all repair orders and parts invoices
