Job Description
- Design and produce marketing materials that cross every brand touchpoint including digital ads social graphics email templates flyers postcards signage and presentations
- Adapt existing creative for use across multiple brands and platforms
- Collaborate with brand managers digital marketing and content teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Support franchisees with localized marketing requests (e.g. resizing assets updating contact info)
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Stay current on design trends and best practices in digital and print marketing
- Other content marketing tasks as assigned dependent upon experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field
- Minimum one year of professional graphic design experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across print and digital media
- Attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to take direction and learn
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Familiarity with Canva and basic knowledge of file formats specs and production processes
