Our Paid Social team delivers bestinclass highly sophisticated branding and performance media to Code3s diverse client base. Paid Social Strategists meet and exceed KPIs through executing complex ad campaigns and reporting campaign performance to our clients. In this role youll have the opportunity to hone expertlevel media skills across major media platforms and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the largest brands in the world.

Note: Due to required inperson client meetings and events this position is only available to candidates based in the New York City metropolitan area.

What youll do:

  • Develop full funnel paid social strategies that align with client objectives encompass marketplace trends and adhere to best practices
  • Proficient in building out tactical strategy platform selection audience building and flight recommendations
  • Ability to source pull and compile competitive marketplace platform audience and campaign performance research that guides media plan strategy
  • Establish and evolve your clients paid social strategy including but not limited to: Learning Agendas A/B Testing Pixel Tagging & Event Management client KPI and goal setting campaign and audience optimizations
  • Analyze multiplatform campaign performance to provide detailed insights key learnings and recommendations
  • Supporting Activation with campaign builds and/or ad previews when additional support is needed
  • Prepares and presents strategic / tactical plans and recommendations and is comfortable sharing with the clients and internal team members
  • Maintain open and productive communications with platform partners ensuring our campaigns are of the highest standard
  • Attends inperson client and partner presentations and events once a week on average

You should have:

  • 3 years of experience in paid social media buying and planning across a minimum of 4 social platforms such as Meta TikTok Snapchat Pinterest X or LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability and appetite to learn additional social platforms and other media channels
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Ability to take initial direction then transition to a more independent work style
  • Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables and large datasets is a must
  • Proven ability to navigate client and external communication
  • Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning Certifications Snap Focus Google Analytics Certification etc.
  • Fashion Beauty or Luxury experience a plus

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $77000 $87000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
