Qualification Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering Structural Engineering
Experience Min. 3 years of experience in design or engineering preferably in the solar energy industry or structural design (Strong skills in AutoCAD 2D & 3D ETAB STAAD PRO software CAD SolidWorks and technical drawings)

Job Description
Knowledge of structural analysis techniques and experience with software for stress and load
analysis.
Understanding of solar mounting systems photovoltaic panels and the requirements of solar
power systems.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail in design and structural
requirements.
Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and
present technical information clearly.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Design & Engineering: Assist in designing solar mounting structures for solar panel installations ensuring structural integrity efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
CAD Modelling: Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar) to create detailed 2D/3D models and technical drawings of mounting systems.
Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis and simulations of solar mounting systems to ensure safety durability and stability under various weather conditions (e.g. wind snow load).
Bill of Materials (BOM): Assist in preparing the bill of materials ensuring accurate specifications and supporting procurement and manufacturing.
Design Optimization: Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize designs for costeffectiveness materials and manufacturing processes while maintaining performance standards.
Prototype Testing & Evaluation: Assist in testing prototypes of mounting structures monitor
performance and suggest design improvements based on testing outcomes.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet local and international codes standards and regulations for solar systems and structural engineering.
Project Support: Provide technical support to the project management and installation teams ensuring smooth of design plans.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design calculations project reports and compliance certifications.
