Job Description
- Job Description:
- Provide IT support for hardware networking software ERP and database
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Install configure and maintain computer systems servers and networks
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems
- Provide technical support and training to endusers
- Ensure data security and backup
- Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in hardware networking software ERP and database
- Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support
- Experience in managing databases and ERP systems
- Salary & Benefits:
- An annual salary range of 400000 to 700000
- Additional benefits as per company policies
