Requirements
Role Overview:
As the Brand and Social Media Manageryou will play a pivotal role in shaping FYERS brand presence and drivingorganic growth across channels. You will define the brand and social mediastrategies from scratch lead multichannel campaigns and manage a team oftalented marketers to position FYERS as the goto platform for active investorsin India.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop andimplement a comprehensive brand strategy from scratch aligned with businessobjectives.
- Build FYERS as abold challenger brand in the Indian trading and investment space.
- Drive high ROI onbrand investments through creative contentled marketing campaigns.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Define the socialmedia strategy for all branded channels ensuring fullfunnel impact.
- Drive organic growthand engagement through content marketing influencer collaborations andcreative storytelling.
- Develop and executea yearly content and campaign calendar across all channels.
Event Marketing:
- Define the eventmarketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee allbrandled events ensuring highimpact and measurable results.
Campaign Management & :
- Manage all brandssocial media and events campaigns endtoend focusing on both creativity anddatadriven results.
- Collaborate withinternal teams and external agencies to create highimpact content andcampaigns.
Influencer Strategy:
Developand lead an influencer marketing strategy to drive both brand awareness andconversion.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor ateam comprising Social Media Event Manager and Brand Marketing Intern.
- Foster a culture ofcreativity ownership and continuous learning within the team.
Data & Performance Management:
- Brand Awareness andConsideration
- Social MediaEngagement & Community Growth
EventLed Acquisition:
- Organic Views &Content Marketing Impact
- Develop regularreports and dashboards to monitor brand health and campaign effectiveness.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Proven experience inbrand strategy development and GTM planning.
- 4 years of relevantexperience in brand marketing preferably with intentdriven brands.
- Strong expertise inscaling social media channels and driving organic growth.
- Handson experiencein 360degree campaign management and contentled marketing.
- Experience workingwith agencies and managing brand health tracking initiatives.
