We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse associate to join our facility. The warehouse will be responsible all warehouse activities including nut not limited to receiving replenishment shipping inventory control and ensuring complete accuracy in our CRM. This position is also responsible for warehouse safety initiatives as well as supporting safety practices across the organization. This is a handson role in a small warehouse setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the highest levels of safety and OSHA guidelines for warehouse operations
Coordinate safety awareness and guidelines across the organization
Supports outside field team with ordering and locating necessary equipment and tools for projects
Completes receiving and distribution functions such as pickup and delivery functions validation of material contents against packing lists and manifests and inspection of received items
Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
Record transactions in our CRM system and other computerized inventory control tasks
Safely operate material handling equipment such as: gas/propanepowered forklifts of various capacities pallet jacks hand trucks warehouse scales wheeled carts and cages and packing tape dispensers
Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
Fleet Management
Vendor Management included but not limited to price negotiations and tracking equipment/supply pricing.
Additional tasks and assignments as needed

Able to work independently and with a high level of professionalism
Dependable with good attendance record
Able to work in a fastpaced environment
Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
Highly organized and able to track and store items efficiently
Demonstrated experience operating various material handling equipment in accordance with safety requirements and procedures
Demonstrated experience safely moving material of various sizes and weights throughout a warehouse as well as onto and off trucks
Ability to accurately calculate and record numbers without transposing in order to record inventory amounts and perform inventory counts
Strong computer skills needed to learn and work with electronic inventory control safety programs Microsoft Office suite ServiceTitan knowledge as well as other computer tasks.
