Key Responsibilities for the Branch Supervisor:
Team Leadership & Development Ensure the branch is staffed with skilled employees and oversee performance evaluations and development.
Strategic Growth & Member Engagement Implement business strategies that drive growth enhance member satisfaction and build strong community relationships.
Operational Oversight Manage branch security compliance and daytoday operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lending & Financial Services Conduct loan interviews process and close loans and guide members through mortgage options.
Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to federal regulations internal controls and security protocols.
Sales & Service Promote credit union products and services providing members with financial solutions that meet their needs.
Reporting: This position reports to the Vice President of Branch and Digital Banking Operations. Schedule:
Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM 12:00 PM
Salary Range: $45000 $62000 base salary plus bonus and profit sharing. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution or related field.
Supervisory or leadership experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sales experience is a plus.
Selfmotivated energetic and committed to delivering excellent service.
