Role: Performance/Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Berlin/Munich) preferred)
Language: German
WFH policy: Remote possible if in Munich/Berlin 2 days per week
Industry: GreenTech
Product: AIbased software for Energy Management
Size and functions of local team: 50 FTE 20 in Munich 15 in Berlin (Marketing)
Team: Florian (Lead) Olivia (Events) Florian (Website/SEO) Noemi (Dev) 3 interns
Role description:
Owning Paid spending $50k p/m on Google & LinkedIn Ads (growing to $100k)
Landing pages A/B testing CRO Automation Reporting Experiments
Bit of creative content creation since that drives great ad performance
Unique about the company (that you dont read online):

Lot of ownership will be given and people will be pushed out of their comfort zone

Must haves:
4 years (performance) marketing experience
B2B SaaS start or scaleup experience
Experience managing similar/bigger budgets
Nice to haves:
Ideally senior enough to colead the team
Industry experience
Hiring process:
30 min screening with Till (Operations)
30 min indepth with Flo (Marketing Lead)
30 min case 30 min Founder IV
