Job Description
Join us as a Founders Associate to the CTO where you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives optimizing technical operations and scaling our product. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CTO gain firsthand experience in highgrowth tech leadership and make a real impact on the companys success. What Youll Do:
Solve Problems & Execute Fast Tackle everything from quick operational fixes to complex strategic projects ensuring smooth .
Work Closely with Leadership Partner directly with the CTO gaining firsthand experience in scaling a product and company.
Manage Technical & Product Operations Handle API requests work with JSON Postman and basic Webflow/JavaScript as needed.
Streamline Processes & Remove Blockers Identify inefficiencies optimize workflows and collaborate with internal teams to drive progress.
Engage with External Partners Communicate with vendors and partners (e.g. Datadog) to ensure seamless collaboration and problem resolution.
Who You Are:
Youve been in a fastgrowing startup or VCbacked environment and love the energy.
You just get things doneeven if it means finding unconventional solutions.
You understand technology and product even if youre not an engineer: terms like RESTAPI JSON or postman are not unfamiliar to you.
Youre Hungry for growthready to learn from the best and contribute to something meaningful.
Fluent in English; German is a plus additional languages are beneficial.
