Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Operations Lead reporting to the Head of Service Operations. This pivotal role is designed for a meticulous and proactive individual who will manage and enhance premium service operations.

As part of the Premium team youll collaborate with technical data payments operations sustainability and project teams to drive operational improvements and resolve issues impacting premium customers. About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Service Operations we are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the premium service operations and support the Premium team across various initiatives. In this role you will collaborate closely with technical data payments operations sustainability and project teams to implement operational change and resolve issues related to the Premium Customers & team.

This role will function as the SME on behalf of Premium to ensure wider business projects have Premium representation and are front of mind for changes that impact Premium Customers and the Premium Team.


About You

  • Flexibility to changing needs and resilience with multiple priorities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships.
  • Meticulous accuracy vigilant in monitoring metrics and compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with theability to collaborate with both nontechnical and technical teams.
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Able to convey complex information clearly to key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products including Sales & Service Cloud & Salesforce Omni channels.
  • Experience with data management tools (Workbench Data Loader).
