Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detailoriented and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing support via phone email and other communication channels. You will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support
Log and track customer interactions using CRM software
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution
Assist in updating support documentation and FAQs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
