The Role:
- As Business Unit Director youll provide strategic leadership for our business unit overseeing a number of critical areas:
- Advanced processing facilities including autoclave and robotics systems
- Transport and logistics operations
- Customer service excellence
- Engage team of managers operational staff & key stakeholders
- Accountable for the overall profitability of the business unit
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Operations or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10 years of operational management experience
- Strong track record in regulated industries
- Demonstarted excellence in team leadership engagement and development
- Proven success in initiating and driving operational efficiencies
- Superior budgeting and P/L management
