If you are looking to get into the property industry and start your career this is the perfect opportunity! We invest in our people right from the outset with a training course that is second to none!No experience needed all you need to apply is your most recent CV and a full UK driving licence.
As an Estate Agent at Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffieldyou will receive:
- 25000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
- Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as an Estate Agent will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purposebuilt training location
- Industryleading training delivered through onetoone and group sessions

- Fullypaid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
How you will make an impact as an Estate Agent at HaybrookEstate Agents in Sheffield:
- Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Generate new leads through canvassing door knocking leaflet dropping and more
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
