About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of Lathams Global Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for executing a wide array of transactional recruiting tasks and assisting in the continual monitoring and maintenance of the centralized task management system ServiceNow applying institutional knowledge and critical thinking to validate the accuracy of information while providing direct hightouch postoffer recruiting support to candidates and monitoring and maintaining a global active postoffer candidate tracker ensuring all steps are initiated completed and cleared. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and inoffice presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience with attentive communication and attention to detail providing direct hightouch postoffer recruiting support to candidates delivering a bestinclass recruiting experience
  • Monitoring and maintaining workflow and quality control within the centralized task management system ServiceNow to maximize benefits for the Business Services Recruiting (BSR) team enabling Latham to hire premier talent
  • Recording compiling and analyzing recruiting data under the direction of BSR Operations Leadership providing the recruiting team and firm leadership with recurring reports detailing a variety of metrics
  • Serving as the first escalation point for any recruiting operations questions from members of the recruiting verticals
  • Training and identifying development and upskilling opportunities for junior team members providing coaching and guidance when appropriate
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Wed love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate organizational skills needed to manage time well prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines
  • Exhibit the ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies to solve them
  • Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customerservice focus

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with a bachelors degree or equivalent preferably
  • A minimum of one 1 year of experience in a recruiting staffing or administrative role
  • A minimum of one 1 year of experience with global process coordination preferably
  • Familiarity with shared services platforms and applicant tracking systems preferably
