Job Description
Payoneer is seeking a talented and ambitious Payment Review Analystto join our rapidly growing office in New York City! The ideal candidate is a motivated selfstarter who is able to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment able to derive conclusions and decisions from a large set of data has strong communication skills attention to detail and an overall commitment to excellence.
What youll do:
- Perform investigations and analyses based on Customers payments profile
- Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior patterns by using sophisticated inhouse monitoring systems
- Provide datadriven analytical/risk insights based on online findings account activity and fraud trends
- Draw conclusions based on multiple data sets and user behavior
- Contact end users and report to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs
- Work closely with other teams groups and departments to support the development of compliancerelated tools
What were looking for:
- 3 years of experience working with Payments either in a technology firm or in a financial institution
- Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
- Experience in online risk or fraud prevention or ecommerce or online payments
- Experience with analysis/investigations to identify trends and patterns
- Strong command of Excel and other MS Office Suite tools (Outlook Word etc.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Proven critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Flexible hours (working across the globe)

In accordance with New York City Law below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on but not limited to: experience education professional licenses location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance disability insurance life insurance 401k plan paidtime off and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary yearend bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $60000 $70000.
