About Us:

We are a familyowned business that operates across health services and property management. As we continue to expand we are looking for a proactive and organized individual to help manage various aspects of our operations. This role offers flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to grow in the role.

About the Role:

Were seeking a Family Office Administrator to assist with a range of responsibilities that will be important for the smooth running of our business. This parttime role offers some flexibility working 34 days per week and provides the opportunity to work independently in various areas including administration customer service property management bookkeeping social media and coordinating a number of personal matters for the family. Due to the hands on nature of this role you would be required to work in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration/Office/PA Duties

  • Manage patient bookings process book and product orders respond to customer inquiries and taking payments.
  • Maintain office/supplies and assist with adhoc administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings and run personal and business errands. Must have a drivers licence.
  • Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Stocktakes
  • Filing

2. Property Management Support:

The family own a number of commercial and residential properties. Responsibility areas here will include:

  • Manage insurances for residential and commercial properties as well as vehicles.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotes for propertyrelated services.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have Full Australian work rights and own ABN.
  • Experience in property investment/maintenance/new builds experience with Released software an advantage (we can train you).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • A cando positive and friendly attitude.
