The 1Password Partner Team is dedicated to enabling our partner ecosystem to maximize the value of their investments in security and privacy by fostering longterm strategic relationships and acting as trusted advisors. Partners are pivotal to 1Passwords growth strategy and the Senior Channel Account Manager Distribution plays a critical role in driving that growth.

Reporting to the Director Global Distribution Manager this role focuses on building and scaling relationships with distribution partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence across key geographies.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring expertise in program development relationship management and operational to deliver scalable revenuegenerating partnerships.

Additional Information:

Build strong relationships with Distributors
Oversee Distributor sales performance and provide guidance where needed
Manager and report Distributor sales pipeline forecasts business activities
Plan and execute joint channel recruitment as required enablement and marketing activities
Cross functional planning (internal and external) to develop and execute tailored onboarding training and enablement programs for Distributors
Conduct regular/cadence calls and business reviews to align on objectives and goals
Experience working with large and small Distributors
Previous experience as a Distribution Channel Manager in a Cybersecurity company preferred

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

    • Experience:
    • 57 years in partnerships sales or business development with 2 years managing AMS distribution teams.
    • Proven success in driving comprehensive AMS distribution strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

    • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience in SaaS (cloudnative technical infrastructure preferred) with a focus on recurring revenue business models.

    • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Demonstrated ability to scale operations in highgrowth environments.
    • Strong background in operational rigor including process improvement sales enablement and strategy .

What you can expect:

    • AMS Distribution Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement the AMS distribution strategy to achieve revenue and market expansion objectives.
    • Develop short and longterm market strategies and forecasts aligning with business goals.

    • Revenue Growth & Partner Management:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key distribution partners ensuring mutual growth and success.
    • Recruit develop and manage partnerships with top industry distributors and resellers.
    • Monitor analyze and report on partner performance implementing improvement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

    • Enablement & Collaboration:
    • Lead training and enablement initiatives to ensure partners can effectively represent support and implement 1Passwords solutions.
    • Work crossfunctionally with internal teams (e.g. marketing product finance operations) to align strategies and provide the necessary resources for partner success.

    • Operational Excellence:
    • Drive implementation of systems programs and tools to support efficient operations and enable partner growth.
    • Leverage datadriven insights to improve sales strategy operational processes and partner productivity.

    • Market Analysis & Feedback:
    • Stay informed on industry trends competitive dynamics and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide actionable feedback on partner and market needs to inform product and solution enhancements.

    • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit inspire and lead a highperforming distribution team.
    • Mentor and motivate team members to excel in driving sellthrough and sellwith strategies.

USAbased roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $112000 USD and $152000 USD and is commission eligible. The role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

Canadabased roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $109000 CAD and $147000 CAD and is commission eligible.The role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

At 1Password we approach each individuals compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

While we are a remotefirst company occasional travel for inperson engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to biannual departmentwide offsites quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles you can expect to travel once per month on average.
