Job Description
Our client is a Germanbased online comparison platform has a dedicated department for hotels. As a PHP developer in the hotel department you would be responsible for developing and maintaining the companys hotel comparison and booking system.
Your main responsibilities would include working with the existing codebase to add new features optimize performance and fix bugs. You would collaborate with other developers designers and product managers to create new tools and features that enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates.
In addition you would participate in code reviews test and debug code and document your work to ensure that it can be easily understood and maintained by other developers.
Requirements
- Sound experience in objectoriented programming with PHP
- Good knowledge of MySQL and a common PHP framework
- Quality awareness you work with us on your own responsibility and in a solutionoriented manner
- Sense of clean code and high code quality
- You enjoy working in a team and are communicative
- Passion for modern highperformance applications in a complex environment
- Motivation to constantly develop your knowledge and pass it on to your team
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
