Our Renewal by Andersen Company is looking for a reliable and detailoriented Executive Administrator. The ideal candidate is wellorganized professional and capable of managing/prioritizing tasks. Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the Presidents calendar prioritizing meetings and commitments.
Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Assist IT with employee ID badge creation and distribution.
Oversee office operations including vendor coordination and supply management.
Act as a liaison between internal teams senior executives and external partners.
Ensuring different departments (e.g. HR IT Sales Operations) stay informed aligned and have the necessary support from leadership.
Communicating key messages scheduling meetings and assisting with followups to keep leadership initiatives on track.
Managing relationships with vendors clients stakeholders and other business contacts to ensure seamless interactions and professional representation of the company.
Support highlevel initiatives and strategic projects.
Project Coordination: Helping plan track and execute initiatives set by executives.
Research & Reporting: Gathering data preparing reports and summarizing insights for leadership.
CrossDepartmental Support: Ensuring communication and alignment between teams.
Process Improvements: Assisting in streamlining workflows policies or companywide initiatives.
Event & Meeting Prep: Organizing highlevel meetings preparing agendas and ensuring followups.
Coordinate onboarding for new hires and schedule leadership presentations.
Plan and execute company events such as:
Annual Kickoff Meeting
MidYear Update Meeting
Gratitude Day and other companywide events.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting leadership and event .
Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing executive communications and correspondence.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs for office and event setup.
Skilled in planning and executing corporate events.
