We are looking for a customer service expert to work in a landscape supply office.
Requirements Customer Service Expert:
Able to promptly answer phones
Communication skills
Excellent math skills
Create invoices and process returns
Bilingual is highly preferred
Use and understand business works accounting system
Answer incoming customer calls regarding product billing or service and redirect the call if necessary
Maintaining a high level of professionalism with both walkin and phone customers and upholding a positive rapport
Become a product expert
Process square footage orders for different shaped areas
Answer creative questions from customers (color & pattern recommendations)
Solve logistical difficulties such as delivery and billing
Keep records of customer interactions and maintain relationships
Details for Customer Service Expert:
$2030HR with additional profit sharing
