- Salary: $250000 $260000 base plus unlimited quarterly bonus incentives

- Team of 3 Psychiatrists 3 PMHNP 11 therapist
- Ability to demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with patients families coworkers subordinates supervisors and other department staff.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing patient matters.
- Solid communication skills including listening and the ability to demonstrate empathy rapport building and patience.
- Ability to provide crises intervention as needed
Background Desired: Psychiatrist
- Must be a M.D. or D.O.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
- Must be licensed or eligible for license in the state of West Virginia.
- Must have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
- Must maintain licensure and comply with continuing education requirements stipulated by applicable credentialing boards
- J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship If Necessary
