The role
Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) is a Division within the Homes Property & Development Group. The Division is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects transactions workplace strategy design and delivery and manages the states significant property portfolio.
The group is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to support the development implementation and management of business processes and programs.
What you will bring to the role
You thrive in a highvolume environment enjoy variety in your daytoday work and love working with people and solving problems. Youll be adaptable and flexible in moving from one task to another. Youll act with integrity and diplomacy while dealing with complex issues and ensure record keeping responsibilities are met.
As part of PDNSW you will deliver highquality administrative support across our business assisting subject matter experts to deliver great work. You will work across PDNSW workstreams including Commercial Development & Management Advisory & Transactions and Environmental Management Group.
