JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Ensures all guests are properly greeted upon their arrival

Monitors daily bookings and ensures allocated rooms match guests status and preferences.

Participates in the arrival and departure experience.

Promptly addresses guests requests prior during and post stay.

Actively listens to and resolves complaints.

Ensures special guests like VIPs receives personalized services and acts as the main contact person.

Coordinates and manages communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.

Informs guests of our hotel services including breakfast and dining options.

Promotes all hotel amenities conveniences and programs offered.

Manages guest relations team (including Concierge transportation department) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures.

Appraises teams performance and produce regular reports.

Liaises with other departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.

Examines daily duties assigns tasks and checks on progress.

Analyzes customer feedback from reviews and suggests ways to improve ratings.

Recommends local attractions epicurean moments including places to dine shop and sightsee.

Establishes friendly relationships with regular hotel guests.

Updates Hotel Management team about VIP celebrities arrivals.

Attends daily operations meeting.

VIP list with amenities. Coordination with IRD



Requirements

Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Supervisor or similar role in a Luxury environment.

Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws.

Handson experience with Hotel Management software (Opera PMS)

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.

Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills.

Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.

Ability to work flexible hours.

Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.

BSc degree in Hospitality Management Tourism Business Administration or relevant field
