About Ivy
Ivy is a global API for instant bank payments. We enable businesses to accept instant bank payments taking cards & wallets out of online transactions and reducing cost by up to 10x. Over 60 geographies worldwide are rolling out instant bank payment infrastructure right now. Ivy harmonises these regional bank payment schemes bringing them to a single point of access.
Our current team consists of payment experts coming from companies like Klarna Trade Republic Revolut TrueLayer Goldman Sachs Morgan Stanley McKinsey BCG Trustly.
We have offices in Berlin and Munich.

Your Mission
Ship innovative bank payment products and features at pace. Take ownership of a highlevel strategic goal and relentlessly deliver on this through a combination of creative problem solving and diligent delivery.
Your Responsibilities
Analyse and understand key challenges for our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Work with Growth & Sales to identify new product opportunities and collaborate with customers when building.
Rapid and precise investigation into product bets to understand the nature size and feasibility of opportunities.
Independently lead 12 product development teams in delivering elegant solutions to specific customer problems.
Be a goto subject matter expert on our core products and evangelist for our roadmap with our merchants and internally.
Your Profile

Minimum Requirements
23 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering in fastpaced environments.
Experience leading crossfunctional product development teams and working independently to drive projects.
Confident working with data to identify opportunities and inform decision making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles.
Nice to Haves
Handson experience building in FinTech
Strong technical fluency including expertise around APIs
Background in relevant verticals such as Ecommerce Financial Services or Crypto.
Degree from a top university or equivalent highperformance qualification.
