Machine Operator
Earn up to $28.34 an hour in 24 months.
We offer 28 different shift structures including the following:
- Thursday Saturday 5pm5am
- 6 days on 7 days off 5pm5am
- Monday Friday 3pm11pm
- Monday Friday 11pm7am
- 223 5pm5am
- Overtime and weekend work is possible for fulltime positions. We also need you to arrive on time to work and maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
Job description
Our passionate employees (we call ourselves partners) are feeding the world and were looking for exceptional people to join our production team at our Shippensburg Pennsylvania plant.
Responsibilities:
- As a Machine Operator youll play an important role in making sure our dairy processing lines run smoothly. This includes operating the equipment packaging the final product and performing many different quality checks to make sure were meeting customer requirements.
- The safety of our food and our partners are our No. 1 priority. Thats why youll be expected to follow good manufacturing practices and housekeeping guidelines wear designated personal protective equipment (such as gloves hard hat apron etc. and meet OSHA safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a highschool diploma or equivalent and the ability to read understand and follow written procedures.
- At least two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- This job may require you to lift between 3050 pounds at waist level operate an electronic pallet jack and work in a cold or hot conditions.
- This position requires passing a postoffer background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required.
