About the Role:
Are you a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in electrical mechanical and robotic systems Were looking for a dynamic problemsolver to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. In this handson role youll diagnose repair and maintain complex machinery while implementing longterm solutions to prevent downtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and combustion systems to minimize production disruptions.
- Interpret and modify ladder logic in Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC 500 PLC 5 Control Logix) for advanced equipment diagnostics.
- Program adjust and troubleshoot ABB robots (M94 M98 M2000 M2600 M6700 to optimize performance.
- Perform preventive and proactive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and improve reliability.
- Install relocate and align manufacturing machinery with precision.
- Operate machine shop tools (lathes mills grinders) and perform gas/electric welding as needed.
- Maintain detailed repair logs and ensure a clean organized work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement continuous improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- 4 years in industrial maintenance with expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs hydraulics robotics (ABB) and welding.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot die casting machines using PLC logic electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in preventive maintenance programs.
Technical Proficiency:
- PLC Programming & Diagnostics (SLC 500 PLC 5 Control Logix).
- ABB Robot Troubleshooting & Adjustments (M94 M98 M2000 M2600 M6700.
- Welding (MIG TIG Stick) & Machine Shop Operations.
- Electrical & Hydraulic Systems Repair.
Education:
- Technical certification or relevant coursework in electrical/mechanical systems robotics or industrial maintenance (or equivalent experience).
