Milford DE
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team at Tidewater Point a luxury garden-style apartment and townhome community in Milford DE.
In this role youll respond to maintenance requests perform preventive maintenance and prepare units for new residents. Were looking for someone who works well independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting at $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Phone allowance provided
Full-time MondayFriday schedule with on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly
Perform general maintenance tasks including:
Electrical: Replace lamps ballasts switches outlets and circuits
Plumbing: Repair or replace toilets faucets pipes garbage disposals etc.
Carpentry: Install or repair doors windows shelves siding and floors
HVAC: Troubleshoot repair and maintain heating ventilation and air conditioning systems
Replace broken items such as glass tiles locks carpet and appliances
Prepare units for move-in and support move-in/move-out processes
Maintain a clean organized and safe maintenance shop
Assist with groundskeeping and snow removal as needed
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Perform painting and drywall repairs
Qualifications
35 years of residential or site maintenance experience
Proficiency in plumbing electrical and carpentry repairs
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work from ladders and lift up to 85 lbs
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
HVAC certification required
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
