Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Slovak
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries
Assist users with account management product information or technical issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly and professional service
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer cases efficiently
Follow company policies and procedures
Fluency in Slovak (C1 or C2
Good English skills (B2
Excellent communication skills and customeroriented attitude
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
Eligibility to work in Bulgaria (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
