What will you do
- Maintain up to date registers and org. chart for all entities.
- Manage corporate documentation (charter articles of association bylaws etc. and capital related matters (capital changes injection of funds etc..
- Maintenance of statutory registers and records.
- Track and ensure compliance with applicable corporate legal and regulatory requirements including periodic corporate filings (director changes share transfers capital increase etc. and annual reports.
- Tracking and renewal of business licenses permits and other registrations.
- Support establishment and dissolution of entities globally.
- Ensure intercompany agreements are in place.
- Provide support and guidance to the board of directors including preparing materials for board meetings drafting resolutions and advising on governance best practices.
- Oversee relationships with local service providers (corporate secretary service).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR finance compliance) to ensure legal matters are aligned with the companys objectives.
- Collaborate with global legal teams to ensure consistent corporate legal practices across jurisdictions.

- Crossborder Communication: Strong experience in liaising with foreign stakeholders and navigating multijurisdictional environments.
- MultiNational Exposure: Experience working in largescale businesses or multinational corporations.
