Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Litigation Solicitor 5 Years PQE)
Location: Stratford Greater London
Salary: 6080k DOE
Job Type: FullTime Permanent
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading law firm in Stratford Greater London for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Litigation Solicitor. The firm is seeking a talented individual with at least 5 years of postqualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate litigation to join their dynamic and growing team. This role offers the chance to work on complex and highvalue cases in a supportive and collaborative environment with excellent prospects for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial real estate litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes property contract disputes and real estate development conflicts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients helping them navigate complex property disputes effectively.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings witness statements and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships offering expert guidance and ensuring a high level of service.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in commercial real estate law and litigation practices.
- Work closely with other members of the litigation team contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial real estate litigation.
- Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
- Excellent communication negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a highvolume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive clientfocused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
