Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at Atarashi Denka Bijon Power System India Pvt. Ltd. This is a fulltime midlevel position located in East Delhi Noida and Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering and project management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Project Management (Mandatory skill)
- Electrical Engineering (Mandatory skill)
- AutoCAD (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in Budgeting with proficiency in estimating project costs and managing project finances efficiently
- Risk Assessment skills to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members clients and stakeholders
- Excellent Problem Solving abilities to address technical issues and project challenges in a timely manner
- Team Leadership experience to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving common goals
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan execute and manage electrical projects from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and project specifications
- Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocations
- Coordinate with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support and guidance to onsite teams
- Identify potential risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports documentation and updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and lead project team members to enhance their skills and performance
