Your Impact
In this critical role you will define plan and lead the expansion of Axons digital evidence management and IoT devices portfolio across Europe. Youll be at the intersection of strategic market development product management and customer engagement driving the adoption of Axons ecosystem in the region.
As the International Product Manager your responsibilities will include collaborating with local sales organizations to understand market trends and customer needs shaping product strategies and working with Axons Core Product Management teams to deliver impactful new features and products. Youll also engage directly with national institutions and customers to evangelize Axons vision and value while contributing to critical tender activities.
What Youll Do
Location: Spain Madrid Hybrid.
Reports to: Director Product Management.
Languages: Must speak Spanish and English.
- Drive European Market Expansion: Define the mission vision and strategy for expanding Axons products into European markets.
- Engage with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with local sales organizations customers and national institutions to understand market needs and trends influencing them toward Axons ecosystem.
- Create Product Strategies: Develop product strategies for Axons portfolio to contribute to core product roadmaps and identify gaps or opportunities specific to Europe.
- Collaborate with Core Teams: Work with Axons Core Product Management teams to drive the development of new features/products for international markets.
- Lead Localization Efforts: Support regional needs by tailoring products to local compliance language and customer requirements.
- Participate in Tender Processes: Provide product expertise to proposals and sales teams ensuring Axons competitiveness in European tenders.
- Evangelize Axons Value: Act as the regional ambassador for Axons digital evidence management and IoT solutions showcasing their impact to external stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Experience:
- 4 years in product management with direct experience engaging with customers and senior officials.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage relationships with highlevel stakeholders.
- Technical background with familiarity in cloud software and IoT devices with the ability to quickly learn and understand Axons suite of products.
- Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to dissect challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Clear concise communication capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage compliance security and privacy requirements.
- Customercentric mindset focused on gathering feedback and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating a fastpaced evolving international environment.
- Languages: Fluency in additional European languages (e.g. French or Italian) is a plus.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel within Europe as required 20.
