Job Description
Design build and maintain scalable full-stack applications for HR and payroll platforms.
Lead and manage infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices.
Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient and secure software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and DevOps engineers.
Integrate and optimize services on Vultr and AWS cloud environments.
Participate in architectural planning code reviews and technical mentorship
5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
Must have hands-on DevOps Engineer experience including CI/CD containerization and infrastructure as code.
Experience with Vultr cloud hosting is required.
Prior experience in HR Tech or Fintech.
Strong frontend skills using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Backend proficiency with Python or Java.
Strong experience with Docker Kubernetes and AWS.
Proficient in tools like Terraform GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
