NOVOs wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless single source distribution system. NOVOs regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with stateoftheart processing equipment and processes.
NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Quality Project Specialist.
The salary for this position is $80000.00. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience seniority location and other permissible jobrelated factors.
Essential Functions:
Retail Medical Project
- Provide administration support to the Retail Medical Team relating to new customer set up
- Assist with new customer setup and customer maintenance
- Work with RQ and IT teams to resolve ABS issues as they arise
- Provide training to new employees
- Route maintenance
- Inventory maintenance
- Scrub inventories losses ordering
- RA troubleshooting review and support
ABS Projects
- Assist RQ team as needed with ongoing ABS projects (i.e. conversions product code clen up etc.
- Learn direct invoicing and help cross train others
M&A Activity
- Assist the RQ team with M&A activities that could include implementing ABS setting up invoices etc.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of office billing experience
- Minimum of 10 years of customer service/customer contract experience
- Minimum of 10 years working with ERP systems
- Extensive knowledge of ABS software
- Accurate efficient organized confidential and extremely detailoriented professional team player
- Ability to understand and translate detailed verbal or written instructions
- Proficiency with Excel Word Prophix and Oracle BI tools
