The Opportunity
We are seeking General Operators to join our Thurnscoe facility. In this role you will ensure that all products entering and leaving our site meet Balmorals highquality standards and customer specifications while strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility.
- Work efficiently to meet strict company deadlines and targets.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
- Follow production schedules to achieve dispatch target dates.
- Operate electrical grinding tools and automated lifting equipment safely.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly and safely.
- Always Wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform various labouring duties around the facility.
- Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Consistently adhere to HSE and company policies.
- Take on additional duties as required to support the team.
