Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that effectively engage our target audiences and enhance our brand visibility. You will collaborate with various departments to create compelling content that resonates with stakeholders and supports our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organizations goals.
- Create and edit highquality content for various platforms including press releases newsletters and social media posts.
- Manage media relations and actively seek opportunities for positive coverage in traditional and digital media.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and direction for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
- Plan and execute events and campaigns to promote organizational initiatives and engage stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications public relations or similar roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Strong understanding of media relations and experience in working with journalists.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
