Saint Louis University School of Medicine a Catholic Jesuit Institution dedicated to education research service and healthcare is seeking a fellowshiptrained Mohs Surgeon for a faculty position in the Department of Dermatology. The qualified candidate must be board certified in Dermatology. Rank and tenure will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position will support a midlevel career or recent fellowship graduate and will provide an immediate strong clinical practice with opportunities for both clinical and translational research within the Department and across the School of Medicine. The Cutaneous Oncology program is supported by two full time Mohs Surgery Faculty and involves multidisciplinary approaches and strong collaborations with our colleagues in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Oculoplastic Surgery Plastic Surgery and Surgical Oncology. We operate out at two sites with 14 procedure rooms. Our melanoma program continues to expand and collaborates with Surgical Oncology Medical Oncology and basic scientists. The Mohs Surgeon will work closely and be supported by our 3 full time dermatopathologists a full time dermatopathology laboratory 2 full time cosmetic dermatologists and several medical dermatologists. We have a dynamic and growing Department with effective and supportive Faculty mentorship and a strong institutional and community based referral network.
