Commercial Claims Unit Manager Dallas TX
Salary commensurate to experience
GEICO is looking for a highly motivated commercial claims leader! This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring coaching and developing a team of Claims Specialists. As a Commercial Claims Supervisor you will play a vital role in the companys success by helping your team make smart decisions in processing and settling claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving results helping others and bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of leadership experience
- Prior commercial claims experience preferred
- Effective time management attention to detail communication and organizational skills
- Associate must attain and maintain the required state licenses by state insurance departments
- Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
- Must be able to follow complex instructions resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Must be able to multitask prioritize deadlines and balance multiple tasks at once
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
