Your Mission

As a PreSales Solutions Consultant at Ben you will be reporting to our Head of Customer Solutions and work closely with the wider Sales team to provide technical expertise to support our global sales efforts including conducting product demos and performing technical deepdives into our expanding product capabilities.

Things you will be working on

  • You will support the sales process from end to end supporting qualification through to handover to the delivery team

  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as product and customer success to support the ongoing improvement of the solution and customer experience

  • Be the technical subject matter expert for prospective and existing customers globally throughout the sales process.

  • Work with our customers to create custom demos to showcase the features and technical capabilities of our platform while becoming a trusted partner in the process.

  • Work with the sales team on strategy & discovery sessions in order to understand customer requirements and develop targeted technical solutions.

  • Become an expert in our integrations suite and be able to advise customers on solutions that perfectly compliment their existing processes and systems.

  • Identify the ongoing requirements of customers and partners and recommend technical solutions in order to ensure customer success.

We will love you if you have

  • Industry experience in a presales capacity (solution engineer sales engineer technical sales)

  • Proven experience in technical sales and building successful relationships with customers

  • Strong experience working in B2B SaaS environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • An understanding of employee benefits/HR tech experience or insurance compliance (desirable)

This wont be a good match if you.

  • Prefer a slowpaced highly structured work environment things move quickly here and adaptability is key.

  • Are not comfortable taking full ownership of your work and being accountable for your results.

  • Thrive on routine and predictability rather than embracing new challenges and thinking creatively.

  • Need established processes and rigid frameworks to operate effectively were a startup and sometimes were still figuring things out as we go.

  • Struggle with ambiguity while we provide guidance there will be times when you need to navigate problems independently.

  • Tend to wait for direction rather than taking initiative were a highperformance highreward team that values proactive problemsolvers who step up and take action.
