Responsibilities:
- The primaryjobof acustomer servicerepresentative is to addresscustomerissues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supportreps interact withcustomerson a variety of channels such as phone email and social media
- And ensure that all validcustomerconcerns are being dealt with immediately.
Requirements
Candidate should have :
- Good Communication skills take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them positively and professionally flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate with 1yr experience candidates can attend interviews.
