The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a major multinational client and their longstanding partnership with an F1 team. With expertise in partnership management and a passion for hospitality the Account Manager will oversee the client relationship on a daytoday basis ensuring the partnership runs smoothly and meets its objectives. Regular client and stakeholder communication is a key aspect of the role ensuring all activations are delivered to a high standard on time and within budget.
The role will be based at Right Formulas offices in Battersea London and will require international travel to approximately 810 events per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the clients partnership objectives and serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders at relevant levels.
Support the strategic development implementation and of global activations across multiple markets ensuring alignment with brand and product initiatives.
Oversee project workstreams ensuring timely delivery within the agreed budget using proven project management tools.
Plan and execute events including but not limited to: endtoend guest management supplier sourcing and management gifting and collateral coordination development of runofshow documents HSSE considerations and onsite management.
Develop and manage budgets for all global marketing activities related to the client.
Track and manage all contractual partnership assets.
Collaborate with the account team to develop and pitch fresh innovative ideas to the client.
Produce accurate reports and status updates including financial reporting and client feedback to the Account Director / Group Account Director.
Support the management and coordination of the account team ensuring all work meets Right Formulas high standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
Significant experience in agency or clientside account management within the sports and entertainment industries.
Expertise in partnership management with a strong focus on activation planning and hospitality delivery.
Proven ability to manage daytoday relationships with various stakeholders including clients agencies rights holders and suppliers.
Onsite logistical experience in delivering activations and hospitality programs.
Strong track record in budget management and projectrelated financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
