Job Opportunity: Director of Consulting & Analytics Our client is seeking a highly experienced Director of Consulting & Analytics to join their senior leadership team within the SubSaharan Africa consulting division. This pivotal role will be responsible for delivering strategic datadriven solutions through a consultative approach with a focus on new product development customer lifecycle management digital innovation and risk. Additionally the Director will drive the growth of the Digital and Commercial practice areas business development and project delivery across the SubSaharan Africa region.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement datadriven consulting programs for clients focusing on new products strategy digital and commercial service offerings.
Address complex strategic challenges and create actionable roadmaps for successful program delivery.
Lead largescale multimarket projects ensuring collaboration and synergy across various teams and affiliates.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as Product Marketing and Client Services to ensure smooth consulting experiences.
Drive business development through consultative sales and effective project delivery.
Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting global best practices.
Manage project budgets resources and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and risk management protocols.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in financial services or consulting with a focus on payments banking or retail.
Strong client management and consulting abilities with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with excellent project management skills.
A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Experience working in a multicultural environment with crossfunctional teams.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.

Demonstrates integrity and a proactive approach to business challenges.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and lead change management initiatives.
Strong problemsolving decisionmaking and team leadership capabilities.
Additional Information:
Hybrid role with 23 office days per week.
Occasional travel across SubSaharan Africa for client visits.
