Job Description

Full time Attorney Litigation Of Counsel New Opportunity (Multi Office)


A leading law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal expertise exceptional communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact on the community. This position offers the opportunity to work on highstakes legal matters collaborate with a talented team and contribute to the firms growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients providing strategic legal advice and guidance.
  • Supervise associates and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage cases.
  • Work closely with expert witnesses assisting in fact development and depositions.
  • Review and draft discovery responses briefs motions and memoranda.
  • Contribute to the development and of case strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Advanced Degrees: MD MPH PharmD or Epidemiology degree is preferred.
  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
    • Strong background in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
    • Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.
    • Science background is required.

  • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • This role is based in a hybrid work environment offering flexibility for workfromhome while maintaining a regular inoffice presence.
  • The position requires primarily sedentary work including sitting for extended periods and working at a computer. Light physical effort may occasionally be required such as lifting up to 10 pounds.
