Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 29500 FullTime Hours
Our client a highly regarded nursery is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. What Were Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of young children.
- Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations including safeguarding and health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- ChildCentred Care: Provide highquality care and education for children ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Curriculum Delivery: Support the implementation of the nurserys bespoke curriculum fostering a love for learning and independence.
- Child Development: Observe and assess childrens progress identifying areas for support and celebrating milestones.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents families and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each childs development.
- Environment Management: Maintain a safe clean and organized nursery environment adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
