Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Andheri. This fulltime midlevel position involves managing online sales and optimizing marketplace strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms focusing on increasing sales and improving customer experience across various online channels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in managing sales on Amazon Marketplace (Mandatory skill) and Flipkart with the ability to optimize listings and drive traffic.
- Proven experience in managing and executing online sales strategies efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics to track and report ecommerce metrics.
- Expertise in Search Engine Optimization to improve site visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Ability to interpret data using Adobe Analytics to inform strategy and decisionmaking processes.
- Experience with Shopify for managing ecommerce website operations and integration.
- Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization to enhance site performance and user experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle team for daily operations and strategic implementation to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
- Manage and optimize Powermaxs presence on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart to maximize sales and visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall ecommerce sales and conversion rates.
- Analyze data from various analytics tools to understand customer behavior and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ecommerce metrics regularly to senior management.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and practices to stay ahead in the competitive market.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across all online platforms and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure timely delivery and address customer inquiries effectively.
