Daily Responsibilities of the Field Service Representative:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by effectively communicating product features and benefits addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service
- Overcome customer objections effectively and professionally while negotiating and finalizing sales contracts
- Follow up with current past and prospective customers to collect valuable feedback and optimize our sales processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct market research to gain insights into new territories driving expansion efforts and enhancing our operations
- Handle confidential customer information and contracts with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Act as a key point of contact and a role model for new Field Service Representatives providing guidance and support
- Deliver information confidently and clearly to customers clients and teammates
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of the Field Service Representative:
- Prior experience in sales customer service retail or a related field is highly preferred
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers and presenting information
- Basic understanding of sales techniques market trends and promotional strategies is ideal but not required
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a solutionoriented mindset
- Strong persuasion and sales negotiation skills
- High school diploma or GED is required
