Job Description
Titan Technologies LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced selfdirected Senior PC Technicians to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team you will help to assist USSOCOM Service Component Commands Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow communications and connectivity globally.
The Senior PC Technician must have excellent problemsolving and customer service skills as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware software applications operating systems and network connectivity. This position must be customer serviceoriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources. The PC Technician may be required to provision and maintain mobile devices (NIPR SIPR and Gray). PC Technicians shall provide system and network infrastructure services to operate maintain monitor defend and manage hardware and software. Also be able to work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma 1216 Years of experience or BS 810 years of experience or MS 68 years of experience or PHD with 35 years of experienceworking as a PC technician.
- IAT II certification.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and repair hardware and network connectivity.
- Maintain an inventory of installed software manage software licensing and create policies and procedures for upgrades.
- Install configure and maintain desktop and laptop PCs mobile devices as well as configure application and operating system software and upgrades.
