Veeva Systems is seeking a Sydney or Singaporebased Employee Success Business Partner / HRBP who is experienced in driving effective business partnerships to coach for high performance and enable talent development and employee success.
With a customercentric mindset being passionate about people and growth and being businessoriented with exceptional business partnering skills the Employee Success Business Partner will be a peopleoriented advisor and a trusted thought partner to the local leaders enabling managers to identify develop and retain talent to build and sustain high performance at Veeva. While being responsible for HR Business Partnering people manager enablement initiatives and general employee relations management for our Australia and Singapore offices this role will also serve as the regional lead to help drive operational excellence for the Employee Success (HR) function in Asia.
What Youll Do
Develop a strong understanding of the business model and local strategy and enable business growth by providing proactive partnership at all levels utilizing insightful data on employee experience ensuring an engaging work environment and highperformance culture where employees can be their best selves
Be a consultant and counselor to local leaders and people managers develop trusted relationships through effective business partnering translate business needs into HR programs and lead incountry leadership enablement initiatives
Create talent focus including effective performance management internal mobility and overall learning and development; provide thought partnership and coaching to enable managers to align their business objectives to talent profiles and people strategies
Provide expertise on employment regulations and employee relations matters; identify root causes and design solutions with creative thinking not with a black and white onefitsall mindset
Partner closely with other ES team members to embrace effective collaborations identify enhancement opportunities for overall APAC Employee Success operations drive process improvements programs reviews/establishment and support change management to ensure the proper support at scale implement with clear measures of success
Develop scalable and consistent knowledgesharing tools and resources to upskill country HR operations and ensure effective regional coverage
Engage retain and develop the regional ES Ops team
Requirements
5 years of handson experience in HR business partnering regional HR operations and coaching for high performance; ideally with experience working at fastgrowing software IT solutions or consulting companies
Process management experience including process redesign; ability in talent data measurement metrics reporting and insights
Deep understanding of how to operate in Australia and Singapore from a cultural perspective and enable crossfunctional partnership and change management in a global matrix organization
Uptodate knowledge of employment compliance relevant labor law/regulations and market common practices with handson employee relations management experience
Excellent English communication skills; ability to deliver effective presentations and facilitate larger group discussions/workshops
Strong growth mindset with the ability to collaborate adapt and lead changes and execute with speed
Able to work with ambiguity allows flexibility and is highly resourceful. Has the skills to create impactful businessoriented people solutions through creative thinking data analysis and navigating challenging conversations
